Simply contact us by e-mail: mail@westcoastpetsupply.com and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will go out of our way to ensure that you enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.
